Unit 1- Writing about an event.

AT THE SUMMER CAMP

During last summer, I was in a summer camp in Santa Maria de Meià. And one day of the last week I had a horrible experience.

I'm allergic to fish. I was having lunch and the chefs gave me a cassole of fish, and all of my body hurt and i culdn't breathe. I was very scared. I went in a room and the camp counsellors called an ambulance and a helicopter. I went to the hospital and my parents arrived, too.

Finally, the doctors saved me. I didn't enjoy this experience, but the night was fantastic!

                                                            HOW TO DO A HAMBURGUER 

 Firts we need meat. Then heat the pot with oil. Next put the hamburguer on the pot. After that take the hamburguer. Now take bread, salad, tomatoes and onion. You can put Ketchup, but it's opcionally. Finally you put everything together and enjoy your hamburger.

My name's Júlia and I'm twelve. I'm from Termens,Catalonia. I live in a big house wiht my mum and my dad, and I have a pet. It's a dog. His name is Jack. In my free time I do a lot of things. I play basketball, I skate and I play the piano. Between week I stay in my house and I do my homeworks or study. The weekends I go with my friends to take a walk around the village. In this photo I had just played a basketball match. We win and goes in the "semifinals".

Hello! I’m Júlia. Welcome to Alfred Potrony primary school. This school is in Térmens and has got about 100 students. We have a beautiful building. Let’s go inside!

There is the entrance, in the left there are the upstairs and in the right there is the library. Upstairs there are the classes from 1st of primary to 6th and music class and English class.

The playground is big, there’s a slide and a football field.

A PERSONAL PROFILE

Hello! My name’s Júlia and I’m from Térmens, a village of Catalonia. I’m twelve years old and my birthday is 28th of July.

I get up early every day, at seven in the morning. After school, I go home and I do my homework and I study music. Then, in my spare time, I usually go for a walk with my friends and we play and talk. It’s very amazing. I go be dat ten o‘clock.

I love sports. I play basketball in Vallfogona and I practise artistic skate in my village since I was a child and I play the piano. I also love animals. I have a dog and we walk together when I have time.

THE BEDROOM OF MY DREAMS

Hi I’m Júlia and here is the bedroom of my dreams. It’s big. It’s very comfortable and beautiful. The walls are white. There’s a window with fantastic views to the sea.

The bed is big and next to there’s a bedside. There are two big wardrobes. I’ve got a TV and loudspeakers. I haven’t got a laptop. I also have desk.

My favourite thing in the room is my TV.

ABOUT ME

My name is Júlia, I’m 12 years old. I’m from Catalonia. I’m catalan and, I live in Térmens.We are three members in my family. My mum’s called Olga. She’s a teacher. And my dad’s called Ramon. I’ve got a dog, it’s called Jack. I love him.

I go to INS Almatà. I started  at quarter pas eight a.m and I go home at twenty five to three p.m. I’ve got twelve school subjects: Music, English, P.E, Maths, Science, Art, Technology, Religion, Tutorship, Spanish, History and Geography. My favourite school day is Friday, because it’s the last day of school days!
